Raquel's passion for hair started when she was only 16 and has been licensed at 18 years old. She started her education at Chantilly cosmetology academy, and onto PR academy for another year and a half after she was licensed to further her education and gain her expertise and is now working independently at mirror mirror. Raquel has an eye for fun, trendy and current looks that are flattering and unique for each individual client. She specializes in balayage, blondes,
